Northbound Commerce provides custom website design, development, e-commerce, Shopify, and related digital services. Because our services involve customized work, time, planning, and digital deliverables, they are generally non-returnable once work has begun.

Deposits & Payments
Any deposit or initial payment used to begin a project reserves project time and may be non-refundable once Northbound Commerce has started work on the project.

Refund Requests
If you need to cancel a project before work has begun, please contact Northbound Commerce as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the project status, services already performed, and the terms of your service agreement.

Once design, development, setup, consultation, customization, or other project work has begun, payments for completed work and time already spent are generally non-refundable.

Completed Websites & Digital Services
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, completed websites, designs, development work, consultations, configurations, and other delivered digital services cannot be returned.

Revisions
We want clients to be satisfied with their website. Revisions included with your project will be handled according to the package, proposal, or service agreement associated with your project. Requests outside the agreed project scope may require an additional fee.

Third-Party Costs
Payments made for third-party products or services—including domains, hosting, Shopify plans, apps, themes, plugins, advertising costs, software subscriptions, and other third-party services—are subject to the third party's own refund policies and generally cannot be refunded by Northbound Commerce.

Cancellations
If a client cancels a project after work has started, the client remains responsible for charges associated with work already completed and any non-refundable expenses incurred for the project.
